OUR PROCESS
Steps involved in the construction of your home with asal formworks:
Design:

Soil test will be done at the proposed site to understand the nature of soil strata.

Architectural designs is the next step where your home is designed to meet the needs of aesthetics as well as your satisfaction.

Structural design will be done (as per is codes) liasing with the architectural designs and soil report so that your building is capable to withstand what it's designed to.
(the above three steps are the basic engineering things that must be done before initiating the construction, but ignored by the most)
Execution:

Foundations will be done based on the structural drawings up to the plinth level

At this stage enters the asal formworks, asal formworks wall panels will be placed as per the design with millimeter precision.

Once the erection of panels is completed, concreting will be done. For the wall panels.
Tada!! Your ground floor comes out of nowhere!!!
All the window openings, door openings, sunshade, electrical conduits, and plumbing lines are cast monolithically in a single pour!

And the same procedure is followed for consecutive floors.

Finishing will be done before the final step.

Final and important step: handing the key over to you :p
